Victor might be the blond scientist in the In the dark MV.
We don’t know much about him
There’s a strong possibility that Victor Carmine is Skys’ alias. Carmine (red) is a reminder of Skys’s suit in Mantra, and he appears out of nowhere while Skys seems to disappear roughly at the same time. Carmine is depicted as a “psycho” to normal people, “intense” by Rebecca in ISSUE-51-fromhelltoshell.pdf 1 and he’s obsessed with the evolution of technology/mankind. Although Skys seems to be originally an uneducated man (see Mantra and Sky_&_The_Starjammers.png) the Cult of Mantra had a scientific division that may indicate that he’s got a strong interest in science.
