Topheth is allegedly destroyed at the end of the project because Raziel rebelled

We can assume from this that Topheth (likely controlled by Nex Gen) wants to eradicate the IDEA of heaven. [...] Essentially, if they destroy the idea of heaven, then when VSPR-37 hits, they can swoop back in and advertise YOUtopia as the “new heaven”. That way, people will ascend out of pure desperation.

Topheth is in fact a place in Jerusalem in the Valley of Hinnom, where worshippers used to engage in a ritual involving “passing a child through fire” – most likely child sacrifice.

In the Bible, Raziel is known as the “Angel of Secrets” and also works with Lilith, head of cognitive studies.

Raziel reports running tests for a drug called “ascendance” (presumably a method of ascending to YOUtopia, or a prototype to do so) – a combination of hyoscine, luciferase, and traumatic acid. It would mean that Ascendance may be a prototype for PUSS-E & was already worked on back in 2022. Although he may not be related to Nex Gen officially, his work may have been found & used by whoever created PUSS-E (Strassman ?)

This not only drastically affects mental and physical trauma but also affects your neurotransmitters to the brain (he thought that it could help cure the epidemic of depression that was going around). This is supposedly what happens to Nex Gen subjects.

Soon after, he makes significant progress with his drug and begins to develop a new medicine with the “ascendance”, fusing it with leech DNA. This may be a lead that Ascendance is what created the VSPR-37, because of all the mutations...but that's a reach.

A couple days later, he is given four kids to use as test subjects. Proof that Topeth used kids to experiment. That's still not an evidence for Nex Gen, except if Nex Gen is the new name of Topeth.

Although horrified, he soon learns that these kids have special abilities that no one could comprehend. This is interesting, cuz it can lead to the "mother tongue theory" (girl with psychic abilities) & "in the dark theory" (experiments with powers).

Either they could become the four archangels somewhere down the timeline (unlikely, although having four of them with special abilities is a weird coincidence), or this is another reference to “as above, so below” – whilst there are four archangels in YOUtopia, there are four “special kids” on earth or in this dimension (therefore they complement each other).

These are 2 interesting theories.

I'd like to add a 3rd : the 4 kids, as they're supposedly based on some malevolent beings, can become the 4 Omens. Here are the evidences :

• Buer : Once an angel that fell from grace after joining Lucifer’s rebellion against heaven. He was likely of the Cherubim order and was among the angels that arranged the stars into constellations. Cherubim are 6 wings blue angels, wielding a sword. It would be Miseria/Empathy/Water, because of the blue.
• Giu or Guei: Spirits of individuals who were not properly buried, or whose families neglected the proper memorial offerings. They lack the means to ascend to the spirit world, hence their malevolent disposition. It would be Pan/Connection/Air because of his spiritual self being stuck in between worlds.
• Xaphan: Originally an angel until he joined Lucifer’s rebellion against God. He comes from the lower orders of heaven, but is now a demon of the second rank. During the rebellion, Xaphan suggested setting fire to the celestial realm to gain the advantage over God’s forces. It would be Vanth/Purpose/Fire because of his pyromaniac tendencies.
• Preda: The spirits of greedy, jealous, and corrupted people who have become (due to their negative karma) demons with an appetite for a particular substance. They are described as human-like spirits that are usually invisible to the naked eye, depending on their mental state. [...] . It would be Babylon/Vision/Earth because he's invisible & tied to the pleasures on Earth.
