In that world, all religions are forbidden and there's only one cult : the cult of Ford. Christian crosses are altered to form a T instead of a †. The T represents the launch of the "T modeled Ford", which represents the 1st day of the new calendar (the gregorian calendar has been abolished)
During the celebrations, followers are under the influence of Soma, as it's a mandatory drug in this world.
There's no sex to create humans, they are created exclusively in a laboratory. This is very eugenicist, they try to influence a future human being by altering the embryos & foetus, so they can reproduce immediately the social constructs (like, low ranked ppl will have their developpement slowed, high ranked will be boosted etc).
The casts are ranked from high to low with greek letters : Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta & Epsilon
Pregnancy, family or marriage is taboo, but sex is a hobby & someone can have multiple sex partners in a week. Relationships aren't meant to last.
The entirety of humanity is supposed to work together as a team, individuality is frown upon.
There are "regular humans" parked like animals in some reserves, they can't come into this "perfect world".
The lab humans are conditioned to hate nature, and be absolutely desensitized by death.
